In the design of heavy-duty lifting machinery, how can one ensure the stable transmission of both high-power electricity and multiple signal channels while simultaneously enabling the equipment to perform unrestricted 360° rotations? JINPAT offers a specialized industry solution to address this challenge.

I. Robust Electrical Load Capacity
Lifting equipment typically involves the coordinated operation of a main hoisting mechanism and auxiliary control systems. In terms of electrical performance, this specific model of hollow-shaft slip ring employs a "mixed high-and-low current" configuration scheme:
High-Power Transmission: The product features 5 specially designed transmission channels with a rated current of 63A and a rated voltage of up to 500V AC—sufficient to meet the power demands of the crane's main motor during high-load operation.
Multi-Circuit Control: Additionally, it is equipped with 16 current channels rated at 10A (220V), dedicated to transmitting sensor signals, control commands, and auxiliary lighting signals, thereby ensuring the precise and error-free operation of the equipment.
II. Structural Advantages of the 240mm Through-Hole
Multifunctional Compatibility: This large-aperture design allows hydraulic lines, pneumatic hoses, or other mechanical transmission shafts to pass through easily, thereby enabling the integrated routing of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Space Optimization: This "hollow" structure significantly simplifies the overall layout of the crane's central rotary joint assembly.
III. Compact Design Philosophy
Despite possessing a powerful load-bearing capacity, the JINPAT R&D team has ensured that the product remains structurally compact and streamlined by optimizing the internal layout of its contact points. Within the confined spaces of a crane cab or rotating column, it effectively conserves installation space, leaving ample room for other mechanical components.
