Lifting equipment typically involves the coordinated operation of a main hoisting mechanism and auxiliary control systems. In terms of electrical performance, this specific model of hollow-shaft slip ring employs a "mixed high-and-low current" configuration scheme:

 

  • High-Power Transmission: The product features 5 specially designed transmission channels with a rated current of 63A and a rated voltage of up to 500V AC—sufficient to meet the power demands of the crane's main motor during high-load operation.

 

  • Multi-Circuit Control: Additionally, it is equipped with 16 current channels rated at 10A (220V), dedicated to transmitting sensor signals, control commands, and auxiliary lighting signals, thereby ensuring the precise and error-free operation of the equipment.
